Refund Policy


We accept returns and refunds. Customers have the right to request a product return up to 30 days after the delivery of the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product has been used, you will need to send us supporting materials to begin the return and refund process. We've covered the details of this in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Personalized items.
Gift cards.

Please do not send your purchase back to the "shipping address". Detailed information will be sent to your email once the return application has been approved.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are provided: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing a part due to reasons not due to our fault.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless specifically agreed.

We recommend that the item be tracked, as if the item does not arrive or is lost on the way back to us, the refund will be void (as it was never received).

Return address

Before returning, please contact customer support to assist you with the unique customer code for the return order. We will not accept responsibility for goods returned directly without a Customer Unique Code.

Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Important notes:
– We do not provide a return label and do not cover return shipping, customers should be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the logistics company you choose.
– Our payment gateway will charge 5% of the item price as a transaction fee for all canceled or returned orders.
– 10% of the item price will be charged to customers as a restocking fee for returned orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at store@buyfordog.com
